    Hi Michelle, after beginning the checkout process, it will first ask for your customer information. Then it will proceed to the shipping options. You will have your choice of a few different shipping speeds. Once you complete the checkout, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Sometimes these emails end up getting filtered so if you haven't seen it after a few minutes, check your spam folder, please.

    The shipping calculator on the service page will provide an estimate of what the inbound and outgoing shipping will cost for your address. This cost will cover shipping the device to our technicians, as well as returning your device to you after the repair.

  • Q: Update pro 12.9 gen 1 needs a new charging port will not charge. But since I’m sending it to you for this repair should I get the battery replaced? The battery seems fine but since it will be there and I have had it for a long time. Should I add this and how do I do it ? Thank you

    We will test the battery when we receive it and let you know how it is doing. If it needs a new battery and you'd like to proceed with that repair as well, an updated repair quote will be sent to you. Since it would already be in for a repair, the second repair would be discounted. Hopefully that helps!
